Wierd sound when starting *video*

im getting a "rerrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr" sound only on cold start it happens right when i turn the car over as soon at the car is started the sound goes away and car runs fine no noises while driving at all. Happens regardless of temp. outside. only on a cold start. It's been doing this for like 3 years but rarely on occasion, but now it does it every single cold start.

i did some searches but I wanna what you guys think for sure.

its a lot louder in person http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xtfBYmOn7zs

Hmmm... I'm gonna say that it sounds like the starter, because it makes that noise right after the engine fires up and the starter disengages itself. I had a starter make a similar noise like that on a previous car I owned.
