I would say www.motorvate.ca is your best bet as far as tips/pics. I just replaced my clutch with an ACT and I love it Only have 180 miles on it so far though so I'm still breaking it in.

From motorvate.ca it said at the end

"Right now, the typical cost to replace a clutch on a Maxima is about $600. (at least!)My parts cost were: friction disk $120, pressure plate $170, and throw out bearing $48, from the local Nissan dealer. That totals $388 with tax (15% !) "

Is it always needed to change out everything they did or can you just do the clutch? Was the other stuff just recommended because of age?

Also by looking at the site it seems the flywheel is right there when doing this. If you were changing the flywheel is it just a matter of swapping it out while under there? Just curious because if I ever find myself needing to change the cluctch just thinking that maybe I might as well change the flywheel at the same time if $ permits. I dont need a clutch right now but just thinking about it as a "maybe someday" mod.

I paid $344 for all my stuff shipped all I need is the rear main seal something like that. That should be around 35.00 from the dealer. Ill do the labor for instead of paying $300.00 Plus, I am stressed about this installation since I was told I might need someone else to lift this thing since it is very heavy. I know I am a bit strong for a little guy I am sure I can bench press the thing but then again what about lining it up and putting it back together or breaking some of the nuts I guess I have to invest in a impact wrench electrical from sears for 190 plus tax. At least I get to keep the tool for future use and learn how to do one hard expensive mod that cost a lot to do.

Sprint doesn't drive an auto, he has a 5spd. However, I did heard he want to do a 5spd to auto conversion though.
