0903 Diagnostic Trouble Code 0903 indicates a problem with the Evaporative Emission (EVAP) Canister Vent Control Valve or its associated electric circuit.
This part is used by the Engine Control Module to perform the fuel system leak test. Since it is used only for self-diagnosis your engine will run perfectly well despite the dashboard Malfunction Indicator Lamp.
The EVAP canister and this valve are located under the car, near the rear left tire. You might check to make sure all the electrical connectors in that area are secure.
There's no telling how expensive the repair will be, because no definite diagnosis has been made. Maybe you just have to re-plug a loose connector. Since the EVAP system is part of the emissions control system you might have warranty coverage

Had this same code. Couple of things to do. Take the vent control valve off the cannister, clean it, and bench test it to make sure it operates. Also, there is a bracket on the front of the cannister with a couple of bypass valves and several small hoses. On mine, one of the plastic nipples was broken so it lost vacuum, but the hose held it in place so you couldn't see the problem visually. I didn't find it untill I was poking around and acutally saw the hose end move. I ended up gettting the whole assembly and cannister at a Pull-A-Part yard and just changed out the whole bracket with parts. Good luck.

Rather than skim the whole thread..
Also, you need to check for a vaccum leak.
Once the car warms up the IACV drops the idle down significantly.
A bad/dirty IACV will also drop it down lower to levels of almost 500 rpm.
This is near stall conditions.
