big bass, little maxima. hello everyone

Hello, I've read these forums a few times and decided I would register to share my ride.
I'm hoping on a show/sound competition vehicle and I was gonna show some progress...
First off, the car. 1997 maxi

I am an android fanboy/modder so I had to show my car some love.
So I put a kindle fire running cyanogenmod7 in the dash.

Welcome. I too am a huge android fan, have a Dinc W/ CM7 as well UC to save battery. Pictures are broken BTW. Get a direct link and use the little yellow postage symbol to post it. I hope you cleaned up that box after the install? Automotive carpet or something and on the inside around the window to the trunk? I believe there is a user rides thread though so you might get told you should of posted there.

I like the dash. I have my HU in the middle slot so as not to look like everyone else but it looks good in the bottom one as well especially paired with the kindle. Neat Idea. Not a fan of the exterior so much but glad to see you modding your max all the same.

wow man, great job on that install! Looks very nice

looks like clock doesn't work though....is the car off or somethin'? If the clock in fact does not work, just resolder the board and you're golden.

Looking good!

That body kit is really nice. I love everything but the front piece. A little too extravagant for me. But nice ride man.

That was a test fit before I put all the screws back in.

It doesn't look like anything I've ever seen for these years.

And the hood scoop?

Thats awesome!! I saw your setup for the audio. I had a similar setup with my P3s before I sold them. I have a Rockford T2500-bd that I am trying to setup in my max... By the way awesome dash... started to give me some ideas

Since you are running Android, I'm hoping you will be able to answer this. I would like to run navi on a tablet with a GPS antenna instead of wifi/data plan.

Any ideas?
