removing starter. 2 bolts off. still wont come off?

i was watching this vid on youtube on how to remove the starter. the guy simply pops it out with like 1 teaspoon per square inch of force after removing the 14mm and 17mm. i got all off but mines still stuck like crazy?

what do i do now?

You may have to bang it off with a rubber mallet. It's probably never been removed before.
