The 'rewire your blinkers' HOW2 doesn't make you turn signals constant... they just make the front side ones (194 bulbs) blink/alternate (depending on status of lights) when the regular blinkers 'blink'.

If you want to wire up the regular blinkers to stay constant when the parking lights are on... you'll have to buy 1157 sockets and wire them in with new 1157NA bulbs. You'll just need to splice into the parking light source from the 194 bulbs next to them.

Make sure they are the same mount with the originals before you open the bubble pack so you can return them if they are the wrong ones.

What lighting section? You will need to splice the 8W wire from the new harness to the (+) positive of the 194 bulb harness at both sides of the car and just connect the 21 or 27W wire to the original wire.
