Control arm bolts
Quick question. Are all three bolts located on the control arm (the plate that holds the rear up) M14x1.50? I know one is slightly smaller than the other two. Anyone know the size of that bolt?
Thanks

You have a thread pitch gauge, right? If I were to guess, I think your M14 x 1.50 is probably correct though.

Happened to me on one of the rear bolts. It is an m14 1.50 . I used a thead pitch gauge and a micrometer to figure that out. Then i used a helicoil kit with a 9/16ths drill bit. Be careful as you will be drilling into the frame. First though i would try an m14 1.50 tap to clean up the threads. Mine were too far out so i had to tap for a helicoil and use the insert. Has been fine for about 10k mile. The good kits are expensive i borrowed mine from a localachone shop. Also tou wont find a replacment bolt wiyh the correct harness and taper at the end in the store so be sure to order it.

I know the pain. I actually had the nut for the bolt (yeah the one welded inside the frame) break off on my last maxi. I ended up having to cut the sub-frame open to weld it back into place.
