went to emission in connecticut and they told me that the computer was not set yet. was getting a 325 knock sensor code , been getting it for years and reset with scanner all the time and passed previous, how long does it take the computer to reset is it mileage or hours of running or number of times started and shut off, would like to know

Get a KS for $15.00 from eBay. Takes 20 minutes to change. You'll appreciate the added mileage and power.

 

If you can help it do not reset the ecu a week or less before emissions, else you have to go through the crazy drive cycle to make the system ready.
