2 step launch control

Fellas is anyone on the org running a 2 step in their cars. Buddy of mine passed by last night and he had one in his 350z. Sounded sick and his take off was crazy. I saw some MSD ones online. But I don't know too much about them past the fact that they hold ur revs so u take off better. Anyone more versed in this??

Unless you are going to drag your car its money better spent elsewhere. Launch control devices are for when tenths of a second matter. On your DD it doesnt. Buy a piggyback ECU instead

unless you have an overabundance of traction, there's not much use for one.

oh ok.... when i do my 00vi, im going to install the VAFC-2. once i get boosted which from the looks of my cashflow right now wont be until later this year, ill probably spring for the emanage. read that its good to have if your boosted. but as far as the two step goes is it true that it can damage the trans and bla bla bla????

i mean i guess if your using it every 2 seconds it would..

You just bumped a 5 year old thread. You can buy one online in the classifieds section, or craigslist or websites online. You will need a plug and play harness which you could possibly get from nisformance.com. No, you keep your stock ECU and run the Emanage alongside it.

I would go with Haltech instead, i wouldn't recommend Emanage unless you take it to someone that knows how to tune using it.
