Hard Start Ups On Cold Mornings

Battery and alternator have been tested and are fine. Problem seems to be with starter selenoid or with fuel line. I had a similar problem at one time with my 3rd gen when selenoid also stuck... I put Redline SI in, and usually don't have any problems... Any ideas?
