Any good LCAs on ebay???

I need to replace my current ebay control arms because the balljoints are done. It's easier to just replace the whole control arm so are there any sellers out there that you guys are having good experiences with? Not looking to spend dealer prices because the car is a DD with a ton of miles. I need to fix the issues now so I want something more durable.

I'm just gonna go with the OEM from courtesy Nissan... think of how long the originals lasted... those cheap ones from what I've been told don't last longer thanva year... do it right one time and never worry about it again

From my experience, I would avoid eBay for important and heavy parts like a control arm. And even RockAuto sells some junk, but they also sell some decent parts.

Thanks for the opinions. Yes, I'm not going to go for the cheapest which the current ones on the car are ebay. Damn things making the car corner funny now by throwing my steering off.

by any chance, is the feeling like that of an out-of-round egg-shape when driving? you know...going straight you feel like you're rolling an egg lengthwise a little? trying to figure out if my ball joints are gone, OEM w/ 145K

I think I've got that same problem... I can let go of the steering wheel and it'll shimmy from side to side.... took it to a mechanic and was told the outer tie rod was broken

What I'm experiencing can't be felt at low speeds but it feels like a bubble is in the tire when you're driving 65 and higher. I always cruise at 75 on the highways around here and all of a sudden, the vibration has gotten to be very bad. Also when I take sweeping curves, the steering goes off alignment and i have to counter steer the car. It's like someone is grabbing the steering wheel and making sudden moves with it.
My steering wheel doesn't sit straight either now. It's sits turned to the left a bit while driving.

To check your ball joints, just lift each side of your front end and try to wobble the wheel from the bottom. Mine was moving pretty bad.

I went to rockauto.com and bought the Moog control arms. They're about 65 each but I know they'll last longer then these cheap Ebay LCAs.

Dont cheap out dude. They need to have decent balljoints and bushings or else you will be installing them again in a few months. Now maybe you dont need to go OEM like I did but get quality. I have a hook at the dealer so its all good for me but get them from courtesy

Moog makes better bushings and balljoints so I should be fine. I'm not going to throw too much money into it. It's my DD and I have the G8 for long trips and speed.

Just replaced mine, I bought moog units off of ebay for $53, free shipping. In addition to replacing the LCA's, I broke out my drill, made small wholes in the bottom of the ball joints, and installed 2 grease fittings I bought from ace hardware. Now I will never have ball joint problems again

Heres the link to the ones I bought off of ebay: http://www.ebay.com/itm/MOOG-RK62035...sories&vxp=mtr
