bad ground..possible

Ok ive been reading for 2 days now where my eyes hurt lol..ok my max started hard starting after i replaced the tranny about 3 months ago..but ive changed it before aswell and never had this problem...so any quick tricks to try n see if it is a ground cause ive done dumped over 600 in sensors since then to try and get it back to normal..doesent run hot..smoke knock..nothing no check engine light..it started and ran first start n test..then the secound start n test..no start..just crank..but ive manged to tweak the iacv the tps enough where it starts but never on the first 8 trys...any quick ground checks to ensure that i do have a ground problem?

Had a similar issue after a clutch replacement. For mine, replacing the crank position sensor at the junction of the engine and transmission resolved the issue. Never got a code or CEL, my shop found signal problem with a scope. Been over two years and problem has not re-occured.

I read somewhere on here that you have to sand away the surfaces between the tranny and engine to make sure the ground between them is solid. It looks like you may have that issue now.

Quick fix? Install a solid battery cable between the tranny housing and any part of the motor.

Dont waste you time with adding a ground unless you ground at least 1 directly to the frame. Others help yes but nothing beats a direct frame ground especially for audio
