What relay did you actually swap? Was it the Theft Warning Relay? And with which relay did you swap it with?

Under normal conditions, the light switch on the steering column sends power directly to the headlamps, no relay involved. But if the alarm is set off, then the Theft Warning relay is used to make the high beams flash.

When you say the instrument cluster doesn't work, in what way doesn't it work? Is it that none of the gauges work or is it that the dashlights don't work? and which fuse is blowing? Look on the plastic fuse block and give me the fuse number.

The entire cluster is dead. It only illuminates when the headlights are put on..but the rpm, odometer, gas gauge, etc are all out. Im not actually sure which relay I swapped out. But I know I swapped it with a relay of the same value.

What year is the car? You said you have a fuse blowing, which one is it? Is it number 13?
