ive got a really dumb question about tires. and i hope i atleast get half an answer.
i changed my wheels a year or so ago. i had to get a new tire for one used wheel, and they needed a balancing so i let the shop put them on for me to drive off on. this was almost a year ago. now i go look(i forget what i was doing) and the left rear tire is directional and facing the wrong direction!
now my question is will this affect anything? since were FWD? i can swap it with the tire that was replaced, which is a diff brand and not directional, but id have to borrow someones jack and i dont wanna bother if it doesnt even matter on the rear wheels on our cars.
so does it do anything negative???

the tire will not ware the way the company designed it to and only in bad weather conditions(rain,snow,etc...) you will see a difference in grip vs if they were on in the right direction, or what styliztik said. posted at same time dont mind repeats lol

so braking is pretty much all thats going to be affected? ill probably just switch it with my right front tire, which is also the brand new one, which is also a different brand. so switching them will also probably give me a smoother ride.
