ignition switch and key

ignition switch and key

ok had someone try and steal my maxima idk why but they destroyed the igniton the switch and locking broke the the sensor that picks up on the key..anyone have any suggestions on if a new one comes on it or not and any one have a ebay one they bought and with no problems..let me know please and i already know i have to reset the ecu to the new keys

The key cylinder is what probably got destroyed. The ignition switch is a separate part and is usually ok in spite of the key cylinder being destroyed. The sensor that detects the key is also a separate part that you will have to order.

I don't know about e-bay for this, no dealings in this area.
