Coolant leak issues

I need to replenish the whole reservoir almost monthly now. The hoses are 3 years old not OEM and all tight, rad is 3 years old and OEM.

Maybe seen some puddles couple of time.

Probably a cracked head gasket, can't find a local pressure tester rental place.

Maxima is a 98 with 313,000km or over 180,000 miles.

Any other ideas ?

You have various spots where there are water hoses. You have the heater core hoses, there is a water hose on the back side of the head by the ERG valve, the 2 temperature sensors could be leaking.

When the reservoir is empty, is the radiator low? Maybe the reservoir tank is leaking. Do you see any water splashings that look like mud on the engine or a discoloration around the plastic tanks (top/bottom) of the radiator?

Lots of things to check.

Let your car run in the driveway for a few min and watch to see if there is any coolant leaking off the oil pan or around there. If so its most likely your water pump.

The water pump weep hole is behind the AC pump in the block.

As mentioned, check your heater hoses too. I had a mystery leak that I couldn't trace until I went under the car and saw what looked like leak stains on the bottom of the bracket holding the heater hoses against the firewall. Replaced both hoses and all seems well.

While doing my annual anti-rust with a can regimen under the vehicle, I noticed some green anti-freeze droplets and they originated from the flushing tee one hose behind the engine. Accessing it wasn't easy, but I found with a rachet was definitely able to tighten than a screwdriver.
