starting problem plz helppp

What's going on people I have a 4th gen maxima 5speed and my starting problem is weird ithe car starts no problem first shot after I turn it off and start it back up it doesn't wanna start it just keeps cranking I just recently changed the cam sensor so I know that's not the issue could it be a fuel pump or may be a ignition switch. And when it doesn't start I can kick start it no problem by pushing it backwards and popping the clutch no problem any feed back would be great thanks

Check the ects. (engine coolant temp sensor)

Maybe your starter isn't cranking the engine fast enough. The starter has a planetary gearset in it that loses its lubrication and binds, slowing the cranking. The warm/hot engine may make the binding worse than when the starter is cool.

Cmon fumes mang, u know the drill with clean mating surfaces and grounding issues.

check camsensor.

Add a ground wire from negative battery terminal to tranny housing.
Dont forget to clean MAF and TB.

Could be the ignition switch issue as well.

+1 Starter is the most likely cause of your starting problem. Mine tooks 2-3 months of difficult starts before it died completely. It would crank but not fast enough to start the engine.

Mine had an issue where I'd turn the key and nothing. Then I'd turn it again and when cold it would crank forever until I pumped the gas to get it going.

I changed the ignition switch and it solved both problems.
