Anybody know of a website or company that makes a projector style halo ringed headlight for a 99 maxima?

Not really, but on ebay they do sell cefiros with halos. They suck those and projector headlights. You should get some projectors and get some ccfl angel eyes at theretrofitsource.com

They make them for the I30s but they're pricey for **** poor performance and take some work to fit on Maximas.

**** poor indeed just ask VQ'rInWLA he bought some depo lights with the halos and they failed after a year or so.
