97'Maxima - A low noise coming from front passenger side

Hi,
I have low noise coming from front passenger side. It looks as if it's coming from the air ventilator. It only comes when the car is moving. The Fan is off.
To me it seems something struck in the ventilator.

Someone told me it could be filter under glove-box, but I read in other threads that there isn't any in-cabin air-filter in the '97.

Any ideas where I should be start looking for the problem?

Thanks.

No one?....I think I will have to take it to the mechanic.
Wondering, if there isn't any air-cabin filter, is there any other filer near that ventilator?

Start looking in the truck and slowly make your way towards the ventilator. Eventually you'll find the source, I'm sure.

It's so weird that the noise comes only when driving. Turning on fan doesn't increase or decrease the noise. And it's so random. Though low noise, it's annoying.

Thanks.

You able to shoot a video of it so we can hear the sound? Does the noise stop if you press the "Air Circulation" button so that it is on the "Circulate inside Air" setting?

Thanks 2brosgixxer.
I don't know about video. I will try. And if I increase the fan to 4 (Ac on or off) the noise doesn't increase or decrease. It only appears when driving.

But here's some more to symptoms if that helps. Today morning it was pretty noticable though random. So I decided to take it to mechanic during lunch break and to my surprise the noise just disappeared. I didn't hear it on my way to the shop nor while returning. The mechanic couldn't do anything until he can hear the noise. He asked me to leave the car overnight or go back when I can show him the noise.

And so my guess is after some long rest the noise is reappearing. I am going to check it tomorrow morning and see if that's a replicable behavior.

Finally mechanics have confirmed it's the Right Strut mount that's causing the noise. Also the struts have never been replaced and so I need to get those as well.
Anyone in San Diego interested in it?
