P0505 question!!!!!!!!!!!!

i got this code yesterday driving home. the idle is fine, the car runs great actually. What could it be? the ecu is not fried because i have the nwp spacers kit, so it bypass the coolant. I have no symptoms what the issue? also clear the code about a month ago and it just came back up. Help!!!!

have you ever cleaned your IAC valve? I would also clean the throttle body.

Mine does this too. Just recently i reset the light when it comes up but i may try cleaning the iacv since i have a few days off to myself and let you know

Did the cleaning solve your problem with the P0505 guys? The code came back after I cleaned it, took the 3 gold screws from the inside out, and 2 gold screws on plunger to really clean it well...... But a no go.

If you guys bought new valves, what brands did u go with?
