Suspension Noise

I am getting this odd noise when I am turning left or right. If I am going uphill, the noise will not be there. If I am coasting in a turn, the noise will not be there. If I am going straight, the noise will not be there. I'm lowered on BC coilovers with Raxles. I feel no added vibration in my steering wheel when I am making turns. As soon as I lowered my car to it's current height, the noise got louder. When I was a little higher on my thicker tires, the noise was there but quieter. This is what I have replaced so far to troubleshoot it. I've been driving like this for 5 + months.

-Rebuilt both axles by a local reputable shop when one of the boots tore. they re-greased them, sealed them up,
-New LCA with ES bushings (they were toast)
-Swaybar bushings/endlinks (they were toast)

I've made sure the perches on my coilovers aren't too tight, they are just snug. I've brought my car 2 to local shops and they don't have a single clue, they said an axle would be making a different noise. I've spoke to quite a few lowered friends who always point to the same things I've been doing. I am just at the point of either, buying new axles (might not be the issue) and raising the car; Or, driving it like it is and not worrying about it. I've taken a quick video for you guys to listen in on as that should clarify things up.

If you listen closely at 0:05-0:07, you can hear it. If anyone can provide any new insight, that would be great.

I can't quite tell where your actually turning the wheel, but could it be something with the steering linkage/ steering rack?

I had a torn boot n my rack, I got it replaced. I spoke to WesCTR and another maxima owner who is as low as me (forgot his username), and they mentioned the axle is just binding

Well if it does it on a turn only under acceleration then, I'm Sorry to say homie but, it is your axle.

If not I would be looking at the steering rack bushings or wheel bearing ( those groan though )
