If you dropped a valve, I don't think that you would be driving the car anymore, you'd be looking for a new engine.
What you may have is a fuel injector that has stuck open or an o-ring on the tip of a fuel injector has failed. Pull the spark plugs and inspect them. The tip should be a tan color. One of the plugs will be wet from all the gas maybe even black in color.
But do something fast because all that raw gas will plug and destroy your catalytic converter in no time.

This is not that hard to troubleshoot.....
I'll throw you a bone.
Remove your upper intake manifold.
Put the coil packs, back in the motor and plug them in.
Use shop towels (or rags) to protect all cylinders while you're working on the fuel rail assembly.
Remove the 4 bolts that hold them down and put a bag over each injector.
Have the car cranked over while watching what's happening w/ the bags, if you're alone just jump the starter yourself (signal wire to the B+ terminal) while the key is in the "ON" position.
Report results and everything you notice.... Hell make a crappy cell phone video, someone can easily tell you what's going on w/ the injectors.
If what I said sounded too technical, you shouldn't be fooling w/ this then, I am available to assist for a fee.

well im a Mechanic myself, i just like extra information givin. i seen a chevy 350 do same thing as mine when the cam broke n half. with the miles on it i seriously thought it was a valvetrain problem but the heads are clean as heck no oil sludge what so ever thanks to mobil 1 past 30k miles.
anyways yes thats what i was gonna do today remove entire fuel rail and jump the starter see whats goin on. the fuel regulator isnt leaking fuel from vaccume line so i kinda dont think its the problem.
thanks buddy ill get back to ya later on today.
