Front air dam plastic panel fastener

Hey guys, would you please advise of what kind of fasteners are used to hold the plastic panels under the engine?

The originals had to be cut off from being rusted so badly for access to the radiator replacement. I'd like to replace those panels to keep dirt and salt out of the engine bay this winter.

Thanks in advance.

I just drill new holes on the plastic as well as under the bumper and used small screws and nuts to secure. Works good for me
