Brakes complex issue

Brake fluid checked for air in all calipers, still a bit soft jumping to abs prematurely (winter here). Front calipers great, rear sliders lubed but not pressing much or enough for solid braking. Is there a possible mixup with the abs system, what's are the worst case scenarios?

Check for fluid leaking from the master cylinder or up near the beginning of the brake pedal. If there is no fluid leaking, it could be seals inside the cylinder going bad. Keep in mind the cold weather, possible moisture in the system, and weird things happening because of that.

There is not a single complete sentence in your post there.
What is the complaint? ABS kicking in too soon or mushy pedal?
If you are driving on snow or ice the ABS will kick in sooner than you're accustomed to.

I had a garage repair the broken line to the rear left caliper. I have brakes now, but, they are softer than before. All lines and calipers have been checked for leaks and for air in the line, however, the right rear does not appear to be contacting the rotor to an equal or strong extent, as evidenced by the visible lack of lathing to the rotor. I don't want to spend any more money at that garage and believe there may be a more simple solution to the problem, possibly, addressed in the #2 response. I think if it was a faulty caliper somewhere, the brakes would still pump harder than do on first press. This issue is somewhat more complex than the abs kicking in on iced roads.

You must bleed the brakes in a specific order. May as well flush all the old fluid out to be safe. Also it is possible the rear caliper(s) need to be replaced. They seize all to often.

Does anyone know the precise sequence order to bleed out and then refill the brake lines. ( the right rear caliper seems to be giving the rotor some wear, albeit a much narrower bandwidth so i suppose there could be a piston problem, but, that issue didn't exist before the work was done ).
