Error codes

Got error codes P0340 P0325 P1336 on 98 maxima....these codes point to camshaft and knock sensors....my car has a sputter at 3500 rpm cold and then at 2500 when the car is warm....this is all revving in park or neutral

Any advice if fixing these sensors will fix sputter

I will update a live data reading later if that will help...Thanks

In short, yes. Do everything except the Knock Sensor, then reset your CEL and see if the KS code comes back. Sometimes the KS code is tripped by other problems. Note that the Check Engine Light may not come on for the KS alone so you'll have to rescan and see if the KS code is still there.

Be aware that the 1336 and 0340 point to different sensors, one is the CAM Sensor, which is on the passenger side timing chain cover (very easy to replace) and the other is the CRANK Sensor (POS) which is the sensor on the driver side where the transmission and motor bolt together.
