No power to start signal position 33

I decided to make a new thread from my hard start thread. Any doing some testing I've found that I'm getting power at the fuse box for the 7.5 fuse in position 33 for the start signal. This wire goes to pin 20 on the ecu and tells it to enrich the injectors for start up.

The issue is, I'm not getting power to pin 20 on the ecu. I check continuity and the wire is ok to the m3 junction box. I checked the output wire br/w front the fuse box at rear position 10h and there is no power. The theft system is hooked to this fuse as well in position 8l on the rear of the fuse box but on my car there is no wire coming from that spot.

Can I simply tie into another 12v acc on to power the start signal or does it only turn on when the key is being turned? ( I tried seeing if it would out put as the key is turned but no luck.)

To answer my own question it needs power from the ign start wire. I tapped the black/green wire off the ign which turns to red/blue on the main fuse panel and this fixed my hard start issue.
