My car is still on the factory suspension, so I am wanting to get the Tokico Blues and H&R springs. The car has 290k miles. Is it necessary to buy all the parts(rubber seats, isolators, insulators, brackets, etc) listed in the stickies or will I be ok with just the strut mount and bearing and dust boots? I plan on ordering new LCAs, tie rod ends, sway bar end links, and replacing the steering rack.

with almost 300k why wouldnt you? IIRC you can just get springs or just get the shock and not need any thing extra so no not necessary but while you are in there why not? 30 extra busk now will save you the time of doing it in 12 months from now

Replace only whats broking. but u should replace strut mounts (both front and rear), and there bearings. If u can find new insulators u should replace.

You're already in there...why not do it all! That's what I ended up doing...started with a dead strut, turned into replacing everything on all 4 corners.

Anyway, I just wanted to say, if you're going for a actually drop in height, stay away from Megan Racing springs! My car handles fine, but my rear went down about 1/4" and my front actually went up almost 1/4"...I was pissed. I handles much better than it did, but NOT the look I was going for at all!

P.S. Contrary to what people might say about "letting the settle in", I've been driving the hell out of my car, over 4 months...maybe settled about 3mm.
