4th gen cleaning
#2
Most auto parts stores carry Throttle Body And Carb cleaners from several different companies including Valvoline and CRC. About 4 bucks a can. These are safe for IACVs too. Just be deligent enough to avoid saturating the electrical connectors and plastic. If your also cleaning your MAF, CRC makes a product called MAF cleaner. About 8 bucks a can. Oh, and wear disposable gloves. The chemicals are toxic to the skin.

i just did this and used berryman b-12 chemtool carb, choke and throttle body cleaner. Really liked how it worked. May not be much different than run of the mill carb cleaner, and maybe $1 more expensive, but I really liked it. Be sure to take off the small round cap on the backside of your IACV and clean inside and out really well. That part sits directly inside the upper intake manifold. (you can see it in there when you take the throttle body off)
