Contact your local LKQ supplier. You should get at least a 30 day warranty.
If no warranty is available, your best bet is to open, inspect and replace anything that's needed. That should insure you a long trouble free life.

Depending on where you live, you can go to a pull-a-part. They are fairly cheap there, i want to say around $60 or so, i could be wrong. They will also give you a warranty for a little $ extra. You could also check any junk yard in general. Surely you would be able to fine a at least one 5sp 95-01 Maxima. Good luck.
