Question for those running with a 5th gen throttle body and iacv
I recently did a complete dek swap. I am having an issue with the idle when I come to a stop. The rpms dip to around 400-500 rpms, causing the car to almost stall. I increased the idle by adjusting the screw on the throttle body and this helped some. After almost stalling out, the idle is fine. Any suggestions for correcting this issue? I am using the throttle position sensor from the 4th gen. If the tps was out of adjustment, could this cause this issue? I just removed it from my old engine and attached to the 5th gen.
it could have some affect on it when i replaced my tps i had to tweak with it to get it back in align with the old that was on it cause i just bolted my new up and went and had that issue but im not running the dek swap....but figured it all the same anyways you know
