Squeaking noise maxima 99 gxe

Hey guys, i got a 1999 nissan maxima gxe and recently got both of the belts changed. My a/c compressor also was changed because my old a/c compressor knocked my old belt off, as my mechanic told me (is this true?) and since i got the car back i hear a squeak noise when i am stopped and sometimes when i am driving. The a/c is always off, the defogger goes on sometimes, but not a lot. Radio is always running, but even when it is not running i still hear the squeak. The squeak sounds like there are two chipmunks in my hood doing it. Any advice toward what is going on and how to fix it would be amazing. I am taking it back to my mechanic in 2 days, but am not willing to pay more money. The reason behind this is that when i went there to ask about the problem the mechanic knew exactly what i was saying and finished my sentence for me. In my opinion it should have been done the first time.

Most likely one or both of the belts need to be tightened up a bit. Your mechanic should do at no charge.
