Whining from speakers after HU install

I am getting a whining coming from the speakers after installing an aftermarket head unit. I have redone all of the grounds and after checking wire by wire, I have found the culprit. it only whines when I power up the factory BOSE amp. I didn't have an issue with the factory head unit, but I am with the aftermarket. I am confused as to why I am having this problem. Any ideas?

What are you using to integrate the aftermarket radio harness with the Bose amp?

NWH-702 wiring harness. I bought a PAC unit first, thinking I needed it, and it turned out not working with my system.

Make sure your HU is grounded. Sounds like a ground loop.

I have the radio ground wire running straight to the battery, and it still wines.

Just to say it over again then to make sure im right...If you have BOSE SPEAKERS & AMPS I think you're using the wrong wiring harness....I'll try to edit the post with the right harness if i'm correct

How is the stereo chassis (not the negative wire) grounded to the vehicle chassis?
