HELP! Coil pack grommet stuck in spark plug cylinder.

Well had a productive weekend installing headers and some other things now its time to put it back together and i cannot get the coil pack grommet out! Ive tried everything i can think of, long screw drivers, air nozzle, clothes hanger bent into a hook. Now the grommet is all tore up...

Any ideas other than pulling the head off? FML!

P.S. In the market for a used oem coil pack.

It's really stuck in there I don't know if it'll work or not and my vacuum sucks(no pun intended). I may try to get a spark plug socket on the plug and get it out. If some rubber pieces fall into the cylinder how badly could that turn out lol?

Got lucky and got it out by stabbing it with a screw driver and carefully guiding it out. Crisis averted! Thanks all.

This is in the stickys. Put crazy glue on the stalk, put it back together. Drink 1 beer, pull coil out with everything glued together.

I had to pull mine out two days ago with a hook pick with a sharp end. It stabbed through and pulled right out. This happened to three of my coils.

I actually damaged my grommet and couldn't reuse it. Should've checked the stickies I'm sorry.

My rubber boots are stuck as well in three cylinders. Once I pull them glueing helps??....also have misfire in third cylinder bc there was oil in there....I changed the valve cover since and cleaned out oil as much as I can...kept the old spark plug and coil pack...still get misfire now....should I check spark plug and coil...or just one or both?...trying to avoid buying new coil..

Replace the plug...check the coil...or swap it with another coil..
