97 maxima won't start, died on freeway

On the way to work I noticed my car starting to drop in RPM's. I pulled over and felt the car struggling to move. Before I could find a place to park, the car died. I coasted into a parking lot and opened the hood to see smoke.

There was water in the radiator tank and oil in the engine. I tried to start the car and got nothing. No water in the engine either.

Engine has spark, fuel, compression and crank shaft moves. I don't think it overheated but the sensor never indicated hot inside the car. I wanted to check the sensors this weekend with a volt meter but I'm not too sure on how to do that. When I turn the key to start just the battery I can't hear the relays click either.. I don't know what to do, I don't want to junk it.

It showed two codes, I don't have them on me but I can post them tomorrow. I think one said Balmatic pressure? (I don't know how to spell it)

Uh... What? Barometric pressure? You got me, I'm laughing pretty hard right now...

Let us start with basics: What lights were on the dashboard when your car stopped functioning, and what color are they. There area total of 4 colors, Red, Yellow/Amber, Green, and Blue.
Here is an image to help you out. If it is none of these, then was there a needle pointing to the icon? What were the positions of the needles when the car started to fail?

If the image does not load, here are direct links:

The only way to check fuses is to pull each one, and see that it is not burnt, and you can see a continuous strip of metal between the two prongs. If it is blown, then you should be able to see a gap in the middle.
