alternator fuse

I'm new to the forum and I am really hoping you guys can help me.

I have a 96 maxima and I pulled a stunt that was not as smooth as keith Stone. Two days ago I killed the battery in my car by leavingmy lights on. Well last night I tried to jump it off. While fumbling around in the dark trying to hold the hood up and hold the flashlight, I hooked my jumper cables up with positive on negative and visa versa. I got a new battery today and found two blown fuses which I replaced. Before I replaced the fuses my dashlights and radio weren't working. Now its just the dash lights. Also, my alternator isn't charging the battery when I checked it with my multimeter.

My questions are. Is there a fuse for my alternator? If so, where is it located? My next question is, is there a fuse I am overlooking for the dashlights?

There is a 7.5 amp fuse under the hood in the box by the battery. The cover labels it "ALT.S". Check this.

In the center of this same fuse box is a big fuse labeled "BATTERY". It is either 120 amps or 140 amps. The alternator and a lot of other things won't work is this fuse is blown. The windshield wipers, horn, power windows are some of the other things that won't work.
