Problem removing passenger headlight

I've installed retrofits on the driver sides but can't friggin get this one bolt out on the passenger side because of this pipe being right in damn front of it! I tried loosening the bult on that pipe to move it out of the way but it started hissing so I freaked and tighten it back right away. Is it safe to remove it? And what is it? Does anyone else have this problem? I've attached a picture of this.

No it's not safe to remove it. LOL I believe you just let some freon escape! That pipe is part of the AC system and is going to the condenser.

Ratchet + swivel joints = problem solved

What tools are you using that you're struggling?

Yeah. Don't remove that again. That's for your air conditioning. It's the piping for the refrigerant. Have you tried using an open end wrench?

A socket wrench but didn't have the space to use it cause of that pipe in the way. Maybe I need a smaller one?

Autozone, Pepboys sell AC recharge kits..or you'll have to take to a mechanic. Test your AC and see if you're still getting cold air before you do anything...

BTW, you see that green cap with the letter "H" on it...That represents the high pressure side. Doh!
