new tie rods installed tires screech now...
Installed ned tie rods and matched previous settings. The tires screech nownlike a burn out. And when I come to a stop the car always rocks back.
Any suggestions other than get an alignment

Get an alignment.
Unless you got OE parts and matched them precisely length for length, your toe adjustments are out.
It's rare that an aftermarket inner or outer tie rod will match the OE part length exactly, so if you go by counting the number of turns or measuring exposed threads, you still won't be dead on. Some outers will be 1/4" inch off in length from thread to stud center.

Depending on how far you have to go and how bad it's out, your tires won't like it very much.

That's not too far. Just take it nice and slow and you should be fine. I've been driving my car out of alignment for half a year now and it's done fine. Yeah, it's not as severe as yours, but it's still noticeable. I wouldn't take it above 35 if you can. Take turns slower than normal. I'm sure 10 miles won't hurt it. Good luck, and be careful.

when i did my moog outer tie rods the guy who installed them had said they were exact length to oem and did'nt need any alignment at all. plus this guy is a great tech who i've never had an issue with.

Got mine for "free" from a family friend. I do miss the other one, '99 SE looked brand new! You pop the hood on my '97 and it doesn't look new but I don't care, I'm glad I have one. P.S. Gotta love the DMV, after registering the car and having all the necessary paperwork to prove the car was a gift, I still got a letter saying the '97 is worth $4,000. I almost fell over because it needed brakes, exhaust, tires, suspension, etc. Had to go prove it was a gift again. My goal is half a million miles. I'm guessing 2-3 years.
