Is the 96 bumper ABS plastic?

I've been reading about using ABS plastic and acetone to fill and patch ABS bumpers. Id like to do this but I don't know if the bumper is even ABS.

I also thought I might remove the horizontal divider from the grill area and possibly graft on a dam or lip before painting black.

I would do this: http://m.autopartswarehouse.com/deta...9QQ427P-1.html

Free shipping too.
I might get one. Lol

That's for a 97 though.
