how to change ignition lock and steering wheel

What's up members I have a 97 wheel and ignition lock that I want to put on my 95. What do I need to do in order to transfer it to my car...I have the complete wheel, clockspring etc... And ignition lock.Thanks for the feedback ,u all stay safe and let's keep the site growing.

Thanks I know I'll have to drill the old bolts out but I don't want to destroy the plate that goes around the lock because I will need it. I'm pretty sure I have to purchase new bolts from the dealer

When removing the old bolts, start by center punching the head of the old bolt first. This will keep the drill bit from wandering. What also helps is to first drill a small starter hole, then the bigger hole.

If you want to, use standard hex-head bolts. You don't absolutely have to use the special anti-theft bolts if you don't want to.

Hey members I ran into a problem... The hub on the 97 wheel is stuck on the wheel, I got everything else off! What is the best way to get it off I tried banging the hub, nothing maybe I'll lube it up and try tomorrow. Need info

Got that sucker off. Used a propane torch and heated it up and it popped right out

Bought another car and I swapped doors etc... Just wanted the same key for the doors & ignition.

Yeah I did all of that. Only key left is the glove box but I don't think that I'm able to change the lock since I don't have that anymore
