99 SE-L Starting issues,again...

I'm hoping this issue is a starter issue but here is what she's doing. Tried starting her and the battery seemed drained as it didn't start. Starter made the clicking noise and the lights were struggling. I jumped it and it started. Turned it off and it started again. Left it running for an hour and turned her off and started her up again, no prob. She sat over night and nothing. Battery is brand spanking new, alternator is 5 months old so hence my reason I'm guessing its the starter.

What you described doesn't sound like starter. The battery wouldn't be drained by a starter problem. . . unless you cranked it continually.

My guess is your alternator has taken a dump. You just got a new battery because it killed your last one.

Could be the starter solenoid is grounding out, which would drain you battery.

+1 Have a Local Parts Store run a test on your alty to confirm it is actually putting out the correct volts. It's not uncommon to get crap parts from the factory.
