P1336 (0905) trouble code back immediately after new sensor

trouble code comes back even after sensor replacement...only codes were that and knock sensor...starts fine tho...any ideas?

Inspect the harness...specifically the red wire...if this is the one on the tranny housing.

yes the one that reads the flywheel... pulled the harness off from sensor up to in front of valve cover awhile back and had continuity from all 3 wires at sensor up to corresponding wires at other end... figured 4th wire at that end was a ground shield since that's how it was wired and taped up inside of loom...is that right?
is there a particular place i should check from there?
