Top of the grille as in where it mounts to the headlights? I think they're supposed to be square shaped. At least mine are.

Go to Nissan, they can get them for like $5 each..

Or use two $0.01 zip ties like the rest of us.

i hear you on the zip ties, they look cheesy and cheap. they're fine on wiring or a loose hose. but on the grill you want the snap on screws. just ask the dealer to show you one, theirs gotta be 6 or more that are almost the same, but different by color or length or style.

If you dont think zip ties are cool.....you havent been working on cars long enough. Eff those clips that break every time you look at them but if you want to fiddle with them thats your choice. I've removed about 20 of those grilles and there is no saving them, especially the hood latch mount

Zip ties are not ghetto..

There's a reason why people use them on the grill

*way cheaper
*easier to find and replace

I've removed my grill countless times. Lets say 15 times and I've spent $1 on zip ties.

Now those garbage clips break by looking at them wrong, so yeah they are probably going to be toast once you get them out..and you need 2 of them. So 15x2clipsx$3.50/each = $105 on grill clips in 8 years

c'mon brad, seriously? who needs to remove their grill that often?? i mean, in over 8 years of ownership on my 95, even when i did the retro's i only broke 2 of them cause they were dried up and crusty. i've only bought 2 grill clips in all that time, you guys are rushing or have no patience. or maybe cheep??

I did the mesh grill on the old car, ended up removing the grill 2-3 times for that (having to add adhesive to the mesh after it came loose)

I've went through 3 grilles on the white car
When the original grill was painted black, I took it off and touched it up every few months
Then I painted the vertical bars white.
Then I swapped in the white SE gtill

And I've swapped headlights twice

So a grill has been removed a good 10-15 times since

lol. I use zip ties to aim my headlights at the moment. Broken foot is preventing me from a Junk yard run for some new housing bevels for the lights. ZIP TIES FTW!
