the plastic engine cover that went over the uim that i don't see anywhere except on a random max or 2. i think the wizard has them on his 4th gen and i can't find them anywhere!! here's what i'm talkin about this is a jdm 3.0 vq, only came on those maybe??

 

That's a MEVI cover. It will only work if you have a MEVI.

That motor looks clean. Where is it, how many miles, and how much is it?

 

1. to all the op, i had no idea that was a mevi cover. i just thought it looked cool and always wanted one.

I have a MEVI and I don't have a cover. It's an option for MEVI'd cars, not a necessity/requirement. An aesthetic option.

The MEVI cover is somewhat of a rare item now...as the ratio of MEVI's to covers is not 1:1, and they're discontinued from Courtesyparts.com

 

Most people in the US got only the MEVI, not the entire engine. Some requested the cover, some didn't.

I paid ~460$ for my coverless MEVI back in 2001.

 

I have seen a couple of those Rare Mevi Covers...
