Correct O2 sensor.
Correct O2 sensor.
I was looking at RockAuto, shopping for a set of upstream O2 sensors, and see they talk about fitting the GLE? Others have notes referencing the OEM part numbers.
How are these sensors different? Are they a different part entirely? or just a different length wire (or some other insignificant difference)?
Thanks

All upstream sensors (for our cars) are interchangable. If you have a Fed spec max you only have TWO. If you have a Cali spec you have three. You can easily tell by the vin or by the number of connectors you have on your UIM near the right of the plastic cover. The GLE parts will work with any trim. you just have to be sure that your issue is UPSTREAM or DOWNSTREAM past the Cat

For CALI spec there are 4 sensors.
I second the notion on quick shipping. I ordered on a monday and they were there Thursday evening.
Well I have a very early 95 and it is cali with only two upstream and 1 downstream. Even the guy at dealer found it very weird that even my evap canister does not have a vent valve. So in my case, I am a rare case with only 3 O2 sensors all together and it is a cali version.
