HOw do you take off the front light covers to install new ones. I dont see any screws. Do they just pop off with a flat head screw driver?

Yes you can do it that way. If you look up behind them, you can see two plastic snaps that hook to the bumper. If you oush them in it should pop off. Also try the instructions on Cheston's site. maximadriver.com
I am pretty sure they are still under the how2 section.
