Engine shaking when idle

Engine shaking when idle
When we pull up to a red light in our automatic, the engine starts giving little shakes as if a spark plug is not firing in one cylinder for a fraction of a second. So the shakes are not consistent, but random, like 1 every 3 seconds. It sorta feels like the engine is about to stall. Check engine light is OFF and no codes.
This started like a week or 2 after we've changed our fuel filter. We got the Durolast one from AutoZone for like $10.59.
Could a new fuel filter cause this?
Our car has about 110k miles. Could this shaking be caused by dirty valves or injectors? We bought Techron just now, so gonna use it.

Sounds like a misfire.
Could be a lot of things, but likely a coilpack.
I would wait it out and see if a code pops up then go from there.
I don't believe an off brand fuel filter would cause that problem.
