Thanks everybody for the helpful comments>>>

Well, we didn't end up with the '97 afterall. However, the local Nissan dealer did have a '98 GLE in awesome condition. My girlfriend is now the proud owner. That car has absolutely everything, including heated seats! It is an automatic, but it's still a lot of fun to drive. It's a bright white, I think it's the Arctic White, but I could be wrong, and it has the tan leather interior. The car is in absolutely mint condition - no door dings, no flaws in the paint, the leather is perfect. It's got a woodgrain dash, which we would like to get rid of. If anyone wants to trade their trim for a woodgrain trim, let me know. I'm just happy we were able to say good ridance to her Prelude and welcome her to the Nissan family. Let the modding begin!

Hey, it wasn't my decision. I was pushing for a 5-speed as well. She likes it though, and that's what matters. At least another Max went to a good home.
