Ok so, I've been in the middle of swapping out the auto shifter with the manual shifter. I had to break apart the automatic plastic to get it out because the bolts that are supposed to be unscrew from underneath the car kept spinning. The tops inside the car are weird I've actually never seen something like this. I looked on the how to section and it was not very specific on how to remove these. Anyone have the solution? They are still stuck in the car.

 

May seem like a joke with the bad pic and all but I'm really serious..

 

Just guessing, but I say break'em off and get new hardware.

 

Vice grips,... If you have someone to hold it tight on the inside of the car while you twist the nut off from underneath. Otherwise you could just drill it out.

 

Yea I was thinking the same thing, Im waiting for a partner to help me out with it.

 

Having to cut them off... haha
