Symptoms of a bad MAP sensor?

I just searched with symptoms of everything but this. It's the only code I have at the moment (P1105). I am getting bad gas mileage, and misfires while while idling. The misfire was only noticeable in "D" at first but i can feel in park now as well. Sorry if I've created a thread for something that's been answered. I am about to give in and take to stealership tomorrow for a diagnosis.

I've pulled the plug on all 6 coils while it was running, and each one I pull affects the car. But I still assume I either have a bad coil or a bad injector for the misfire/rough idle, and the MAP for the bad mileage.

Plugs, fuel filter, O2 sensors

And I see they look different, but what is the difference between the two Airtex MAP sensors Rockauto lists? One is $66 and the other is $126.
