I'm wondering the same thing. I noticed there are no anchor points. I might take some 1/4 inch rod and weld some up. Just have to be really careful not to burn the interior. Oh yeah, and the gas tank is right there so I guess I should cover it too.

There is no LATCH system...but that's ok...
I have the Graco SnugRide 30 in the rear center of my 99 (99 had a 3 point seatbelt). It fits perfectly. You can either use teh regular 2 point belt or the 3 point belt in the 4th gens with this carseat base and it'll work fine. It obviously has the LATCH stuff so if it gets put into a newer car then you can use that.
I like the SnugRide system because it has a separate BASE that stays in the car, that the infact seat clicks and locks into.
